English Camp: Hiking and Ice Cream

We are half way through the second and final week of English camp. The younger kids have won me over--especially after hiking yesterday with the middle school "too cool" boys. They enjoyed themselves a little too much with their teasing of the younger kids. I guess when you become a middle school student you think you rule the roost. The classes of 11-12 year olds continue to be a lot of fun.

Camp is on the home stretch and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm wiped. Come Saturday I will want to celebrate. Camp is finished! Work in Korea is finished! I'm playing English games with the kids from here on out. Even they are getting tired. Lucky for us it isn't a 4 week camp like other English camps in the country.

Hiking on Monday!
A "hike" on Tuesday to Mc Donald's. It was too hot for real hiking. We surprised the kids with this "special" destination.
