Justin and Jessica just happen to be the names of my brother and sister-in-law. Ironically, they are also the names of my Korean "brother" and "sister". Last weekend was family vacation Korean style. We set out on Friday for a day of sightseeing in GangWonDo(NorthEast Korea). Saturday after the rain subsided Wang and I set out on a 45 mile bike ride up and down mountains, through fields and to the sea. (note to self...you need to train for a ride like this next time!!) Sunday began at 4am to beat the traffic and secure our entry into Carribean Bay Water Park. I played so hard I was sick on Monday!
I may not look like "family" but I assure you I was indeed a part of the family this weekend! Thanks Jessica, Justin, Ryu Eun and Wang for treating this foreigner like family one last time.
